# Who Wants Pizza?

> Who Wants Pizza? (https://whowantspizza.com) is a free website that finds the closest independent pizza spot that makes the exact style you want, anywhere in the US. National chains are left out. It also runs OG Pizza Night, a weekly pizza dinner with new people in New York City. Run by Equinet Inc. Contact: hello@whowantspizza.com.

Who it's for: anyone in the US who wants a specific pizza style nearby (NY slice, Neapolitan, Detroit, New Haven apizza and more), and people in New York City who want to meet new people over pizza.

## How the data works
- Spots we checked by hand show price ($ under about $15, $$ about $15 to $25, $$$ $25 or more, for a typical pie), styles, background, and hours when we have checked them.
- Other independent pizza places come from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) and are labeled "not checked yet." We removed national and big regional chains.
- We never make up hours, prices, ratings or reviews. We only tag a spot with a style it really serves.
