Terms of Use

Last updated October 14, 2026

Draft for legal review. These terms are a working draft and will be reviewed by our attorney, including which state's law applies.

About these terms

Who Wants Pizza? (whowantspizza.com) is run by Equinet Inc. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email [email protected].

Pizza info is a guide

• Spots marked checked by hand have an address, price sign and hours we checked on the date shown. Hours, prices and menus change, so call before you go.
• Places marked OpenStreetMap · not checked yet come from a free public map. We haven't checked them, and we never show a price or rating for them.
• Dollar signs are a rough guide to the price of one typical pie. The site is provided "as is", without warranties.

Pizza Bestie

Pizza Bestie is our pizza assistant. It answers from the spots and facts we've checked, and some answers come from an AI. Answers can be wrong, so check anything important with the spot. Pizza Bestie never books or pays for anything; it always shows you a "Check before I save" step first. Please don't share private or sensitive information with it.

Sign-ups and emails

When you join a waitlist or ask to be notified, we email you only about what you signed up for. You can unsubscribe anytime, or write to [email protected] and we'll remove you.

OG Pizza Night

• OG Pizza Night is for people 18 and older and takes place in public restaurants.
• Everyone pays for their own food and drinks at the restaurant.
• Be kind and respectful. If anyone makes you uncomfortable, tell the host or email us. We may remove anyone from Pizza Night for unsafe or unkind behavior.
• You take part at your own risk and are responsible for getting there and home safely.

OG Pizza Night membership (opening soon)

Memberships aren't for sale yet. Joining the waitlist doesn't charge you. When memberships open:

• Monthly: $19.99 a month, renewing every month until you cancel. Yearly: $215.89 a year (10% off), renewing every year until you cancel. Any sales tax that applies is added at checkout.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Cancel anytime online, in one tap. Your membership runs to the end of the period you paid for, and it won't renew.
• Refunds: monthly members get a full refund within 7 days if they haven't been to a Pizza Night yet; yearly members within 14 days. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal, with no partial refunds.
• If we cancel a Pizza Night, or there's none in your city that month, we add free time to your membership.
• Founding Members: full refund if the first Pizza Night isn't scheduled within 30 days of signing up.
• The price, how often you're billed and how to cancel are shown next to the Pay button and in your receipt email.

Pizza for elders

• Volunteers sign up to visit a senior center, buy the pizza themselves from a local spot, and stay to eat together.
• We ask each center about diets and allergies first. Please follow the center's rules and the staff's directions during a visit.
• Never post photos of anyone without their permission.
• You take part at your own risk.

Ads and affiliate links

Some Shop links are affiliate links, and some spots may be featured. Both are always labeled. Your price never changes.

Other sites

Maps, Waze, phone calls, restaurant sites, ticket sellers, event sites and stores are run by others, under their own terms.

Rewards, contest and OG Crew

Pepperonis (points), badges and perks are free, have no cash value, and can't be transferred or sold. You must be 13 or older to take part. The monthly contest isn't open yet; official rules will apply when it opens. The OG Crew is a waitlist only, and no commissions are paid yet.

What you send us

If you send us a suggestion, feedback or a photo, you let us use it to improve Who Wants Pizza?. Only send things you have the right to share, and nothing illegal or hurtful.
